The 2015 General Election - Miliband, Clegg and Farage resign
http://www.parliament.uk/about/how/elections-and-voting/general/

Leaving aside all of the arguments on here and also who you support/do not support etc who DO YOU think will win the GE?

Unless something major happens in terms of a major swing to one party we are likely to have another hung parliament are we not?

Will Cameron hold on? Will the Lib Dems remain with the Cons to form another coalition? Will Labour win enough to form a minority govt or enough to go in to coalition with someone, maybe the SNP?

I think it is quite open and if Labout had a stronger leader I would say that had a chance of a MAJORITY but as it stands I can see the result being "as you were" CON/LB

I'm guessing we've got another 5 years of the current mealy-mouthed cunt due to severe lack of decent opposition.....

Re: The 2015 General Election
I think at the moment Conservatives will have a small majority, but Lib Dems will be severely reduced. And SNP will hold the key, with their 40 or so seats.

So Nicola Sturgeon as PM

No overall majority. Labour and SNP to form a coalition government.

Con win, maybe with help from UKIP. Forget the Lib/Dems.

Heading for a Labour-Scottish National Party coalition

Miliband takes Westminster to the North, Sturgeon makes sure that her 5 odd million populous who already have us by the bollocks completely dictate to 60 million people

If you wanna vote UKIP & Farage ahead of a Tory government come May you cannot moan when the above happens

Re: The 2015 General Election
You usually get a bit of an idea of the likely outcome but I have no idea on this one.

To be honest I thought the economy would have picked up more in a way that people would be feeling it and the Conservatives would have got the benefit and got the nod.
I think the Lib Dems will be decimated but you have no idea how the UKIP vote will stand up (or shoot ahead) when push comes to shove in a General Election.
My only thought is that there wont be a clear winner and any sort of mish mash is possible after that.
Interesting to see the reaction in England if a government is formed including SNP.

Re: The 2015 General Election
Think the Tories might shade it but will be much more diverse than usual.

UKIP will get a few seats. Labour have really dropped a bollock. In fact they all have by letting UKIP gain momentum riding off the back of their ineptitude and completely losing touch with the voters.

They need proportional representation but they won't. The fucks.

Labour & SNP coalition - Red Ed for PM

Re: The 2015 General Election
All bias aside I think the Tories are the only party capable of getting an overall majority.

I can easily see the next government being another coalition but between who is anybody's guess.

Re: The 2015 General Election
I was wondering how the SNP will hold the key with their seats as a 40+ seat in the bank will no doubt hold a big sway for one of CON and LAB to deal with them so not unthinkable to see a LAB/SNP alliance

If Milly is so shit, why is Cameron so scared of the TV debates he extolled so eloquently before the last election?
Scared that he might be shown up for the liar that he is?

The English Democrats should win it. Unfortunately I think the Tories will win an overall majority, so more of the same. A foreigner in my own country.

Annie
I assume Cameron is being told by his people (After8) that he is ahead and there is nothing to be gained in a Milliband debate apart from giving him the chance of a 'lucky punch'.
Though I reckon Milliband is more of a slapper than a puncher.
